The Chef Cisco story
From the kitchen floor to the sushi stage.
Chef Cisco’s story began with a determination to cook. Decades later, that same drive shapes the private sushi experiences he creates for guests today.

The beginning
A career that started with a desire to create.
After leaving school, Cisco followed a strong desire to create Pan-Asian food and find his place in a professional kitchen.
His first step was as a kitchen porter. It did not take long for his enthusiasm and ability to be noticed, giving him the opportunity to move further into the kitchen and begin building the skills that would shape his career.
Over the years, that early opportunity developed into decades of experience across sushi, teppanyaki and Pan-Asian cuisine. The focus remained the same: keep improving the craft, take care over every detail and serve food that people remember.

A career milestone
Global Sushi Challenge finalist, 2015.
In 2015, Cisco became a finalist in the Global Sushi Challenge, marking an important point in a career already built on years of practical kitchen experience.
The competition reflected the qualities that continue to define his food: disciplined preparation, technical precision, presentation and respect for the ingredients.
For Cisco, the achievement was not an end point. It became another stage in a continuing pursuit of better sushi and better experiences for the people he cooks for.
